How to: Upgrade/Flash the Ainol Novo 7 Venus firmware

This is a tutorial on upgrading/flashing the firmware on your Ainol Novo 7 Venus tablet. This guide has been done in Windows 8, so this process won't be exactly the same on Windows XP (which I can't guarantee that it will work either). The upgrade involves wiping your tablet which will remove all data on it! Make sure your tablet is charged up fully (above 90%). You do not want your tablet shutting off during the upgrade/flash because it ran out of battery.
