State of Palestine: Relatives mourn victim of Gaza-Israel border violence

Relatives mourned over the body of 22-year-old Mohammed Abu Omar in a hospital in Gaza City on Friday, after he was killed by Israeli forces who opened fire during clashes at the annual ‘March of Return’ on 'Land Day'. At least six others were killed in the clashes and hundreds more wounded, sending ambulances rushing to hospitals. The annual rally takes place with the participation of Hamas top leaders to demand what Palestinian protesters say is their right to return to the homes of their families in what is now Israel.
