So for the first day of Spring I wanted to Sous Vide a flank steak to make fajitas. I seasoned with a homemade taco seasoning which you can find at the link below, I cooked at 140F for 6 hours and it came out GREAT and would highly recommend you try this sometime for something different! Other requirements for the recipe are onions and bell peppers and corn tortillas, guacamole and whatever else you want to put on your tacos!
