In this Ka Sonam Wangchuk talks about the Joint Consultation Conference organised by the Ladakh NGO Forum on 1st September to be inaugurated by HE the Governor of J&K Sh. Satyapal Malik. He explains that after this conference different study groups will go to all the UTs and North Eastern States to study various possible measures towards shaping a new Ladakh with adequate safeguards for our land, people and environment.
