Sonam Wangchuk on the roadmap for new UT Ladakh part - 3

In this video watch Mr Sonam Wangchuk founder HIAL (Himalayan Institute of Alternatives, Ladakh) here is speaking about his opinion and HIAL’s vision for the future Ladakh. HIAL is an Alternative Institute for Mountain Development which follows the pedagogy of Contextual Learning and Experiential Pedagogy where students learn by doing and earn while they learn! HAIL is attempting to create a platform where leaders from all political parties and religious groups of Ladakh can come together to brainstorm about the future of the newly formed union territory of Ladakh. Joint meeting of all the senior’s leaders and well-wishers of Ladakh will be conducted before the delegates depart for the tour. HIAL is conducting a study tour for leaders’ participants from all groups into four other union territories of India. These leaders will form some sort of thinktank which will study the model of other union territories in depth, on their return they will demand and suggest union government to draft law and make policies suitable for Ladakh.
