Solai Dam Tragedy : Death toll rises to 45 after a toddler’s body is recovered

The death toll from Wednesday evening's Patel dam tragedy in Solai-Nakuru county has risen to 45 after the body of a child was retrieved from the muddy sludge Friday morning. 40 people are still classified as missing, even as water engineers  began discharging water from the other dams on  the farm  to avert another crisis.  This government has meanwhile opened a pay bill number to help in assisting victims of the tragedy.
