My start weight was 223 lbs (101 kgs) and my final weight was 152 lbs (69 kgs) for a total of 71 lbs (32 kgs) of weight loss. Over this time I trained 5 days a week doing a combination of weight training and high-intesnsity interval training. I ate a high- protein low calorie diet.
