材料:
醬汁:豉油 65ml,砂糖 4 tbsp,味醂 4 tbsp,水 350ml,蒜 2,辣椒 2,薑
半熟蛋 2,五花腩 2,飯,洋蔥,蔥花
做法:
1. 將豉油,砂糖,味醂,水,蒜,辣椒,薑煮勻,拿起部分備用
2. 將半熟蛋浸在醬汁內,冷藏 1小時
3. 用餘下的醬汁煎煮五花腩,切成小件
4. 在飯上加上五花腩,飯,洋蔥,溏心蛋,醬汁,蔥花

Sauce: 65ml Soy Sauce, 4 Tbsp Sugar, 4 Tbsp Mirin, 350ml Water, 2 Sliced Garlic, 2 Spicy Red Pepper, Ginger
Base: 2 Half-Boiled Eggs, 2 Strips Pork Belly, Sliced Onions, Chives
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil 65ml soy sauce, 4 Tbsp sugar, 4 Tbsp Mirin, 350ml water, 2 sliced garlic, 2 spicy red pepper and bit of ginger in a pot. Separate 4 scoops of boiled seasoning by using a ladle.
2. Add 2 half-boiled eggs into chilled seasoning. Refrigerate for an hour. (Boil the egg for 6 minutes to make half-boiled egg)
3. Boil chilled seasoning and add 2 strips of pork belly. Cook until browned. Cut it into bite sized pieces.
4. Add seasoned pork belly on top of cooked rice. Add sliced onion, seasoned eggs, pre-made soy sauce and chives to finish off.
