Shaming the less fortunate

Over the holiday season I have witnessed mothers on public forums asking for help for the holidays. I also witnessed others being mean and hateful, shaming those who as for help. Taunting them and labeling them as parents that just didn't care or do enough throughout the year. Shaming them without knowing their circumstances. People fall on hard times, especially around the holidays. We shouldn't shame people for asking for help. If we can help are lead to do so then we act. And if we are unable to do so or do not agree with their asking, practice the age old philosophy "If you can't say nothing nice, don't say nothing at all." Be apart of the solution!!
