This guy is a hard worker. I found him selling sweet potato around Moon Market, Illama Iqbal Town, Dubai Chowk. He sells approximately 40 kg per week. He gets the sweet potatoes baked in coal dust for a small fee and then sells them hot with some spicy condiments and lime juice. The sweet potatoes were very sweet and hearty. The guy makes just enough money to make ends meet, but the traffic police rips him off daily. God bless him and people like him.
