Here are the 7 foods that helped me slightly in my first trimester of pregnancy. I had severe morning sickness and some days I couldn't eat anything so when I managed to eat these foods were my go to!
I know how hard it is and some days you just cannot move from the bathroom floor or your bed (I feel your pain) I was floored with this pregnancy it was so hard. I just want you to know its not forever and I hope you get relived of it soon.. Mine got better after around 11 weeks and now at 13 weeks its almost gone.
