Settler tour Hebron old city (Souq)

Most saturday afternoons in Hebron there is a settler tour around the old city (Souq). Settlers are accompanied by many armed Israeli soldiers and border police. Some of the settlers come from surrounding illegal settlements whilst others come from Israel and abroad. The settlers are taken around for approximately 2 hours, completely blocking the Palestinian market and bringing it to a virtual stand still, disrupting Palestinians going about their daily lives and effecting trade. This is just another way of reinforcing the settlers presence here in Hebron.
