"Sardis" Concert - Opening Speech - Bilkent Symphony Orc. & Kamran Ince

This concert is organized on June 17, 2015 in memory of Prof. Crawford H. Greenewalt, Jr., the director of the archaeological site of Sardis. The opening speech of the concert is given by Prof. Nicholas Cahill, the current director of the archaeological site. The ancient city of Sardis is famed in history as the place where modern currency was invented.
