RUSSIAN BABUSHKA BLINI RECIPE

Recipe of delicious blini is here! THEY ARE SO YUMMY ☺️ Eggs - 2 Milk - 3 cups Yeast (dry/fast) - 11 gr Butter (melted) - 2 tbs Flour - 2 cups Salt Sugar 1) Sift the flour in the deep bowl, add pinch of salt, little bit of sugar and yeast. 2) Pour melted butter, 2 cups of warm milk and eggs. 3) Mix very well, so there are no clumps. 4) Put the bowl into a warm place, so the mixture can rise. 5) After an hour add 1 cup of milk and mix it.
