Russia pushes ahead with plan for post-war Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin has met with the heads of Syria, Turkey and Iran to push ahead with plans to settle the Syrian civil war. Meanwhile, the UN special envoy for Syria says that upcoming talks will focus on setting up elections in the war-torn country.
