Kristen shares her story of back pain, hip pain, and all the scary diagnoses she was given during her journey back to a pain free life. Femoroacetabular impingement was one of her big ones. She was told disc degeneration, labral tears, hip impingement, and bursitis were causing her pain and that she'd never be able to squat and lift weights again. She didn't give up and kept searching for answers. By thinking of her back problems and her femoroacetabular impingement as a muscle issue (instead of a bone issue), she was able to retrain her body to be mobile and strong again.
