RAINBOW QUINOA BOWL
Ingredients:
3 cups Cooked Quinoa
¼ cup Red Onions
½ cup Corn
½ cup Tomatoes
¼ cup Bell Peppers
2 tbsp Coriander
*Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing:
1 tbsp Mustard
Juice from ½ lemon
3 tsp Coco Sugar
Intructions:
1. Cook quinoa in a rice cooker with equal portions water.
2. Let quinoa cool down.
3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients,
