Hello, beautiful people! Today I'm sharing my first ever cooking video with you! It's an easy recipe for a cilantro lime quinoa bowl that takes less than 5 minutes to cook and prepare. Ingredients: 1 pouch Simply Balanced Quinoa (or 1.5 cups of any other quinoa) 1 egg 1/2 lime Cilantro (to taste) Sriracha sauce (to taste) Shredded cheddar cheese (to taste) Instructions: Prepare quinoa according to package instructions. Heat a skillet with olive oil. Fry the egg by lightly cooking one side and then flipping it over. Pour quinoa into a bowl. Squeeze in lime juice and garnish with cheese, cilantro, sriracha sauce and the fried egg. Depending on your preference, you can also add in other ingredients. Sometimes I like to add chopped green onions.
