Quake II: Operation Scorched Earth III

Quake II was developed by ID Software and published by Activision. The author of the custom level I'm playing is Steve Clarke. I own nothing in this video. The third (and final, unfortunately, at least when it comes to Quake II) part of the Operation: Scorched Earth series is an immediate continuation of its predecessor, taking place aboard the spaceship that you boarded at the end of the second installment of the trilogy. Though I prefer the second part by a slight margin, Operation: Scorched Earth III is still a fantastic and worthwhile Q2SP experience that I loved revisiting. An unusual, but unique and memorable look for the spaceship has been achieved here through the usage of textures from a variety of units along with some creative brush work (e.g. for the windows, hatches and so on). Once again it boasts fantastic interconnectivity, a superb layout and fun mission goals (a lot of them too). The cherry on top, story-wise, is the protagonist's occasional comments throughout the unit. Paying attention to the mission computer is of the utmost importance here (as it should be in every level really), for you can easily get lost in the ship otherwise or lose the thread of the sequence of objectives that you must do in a specific order.
