They're handmade shoes launched for fall and winter 2014. Paul Kaufman is the owner, designer, and guru behind this line. They're based in California and handmade in a factory in Leon, Mexico. They're absolutely gorgeous. They have an amazing patina and wear to them. The leathers are beautiful. They're really supple and awesome. They have all recycled rubber tire bottoms, which is amazing. There are great little grannies and lace ups, just a nice little patina with this metallic rub off. This is just fabulous, fabulous stuff. Paul is an industry friend I've known for three decades. He had a line of shoes called Nana back in the punk days. And then after that he was the first guy to bring Doc Martens to the United States, just kind of a small, little thing there. He recently just designed a line for Opening Ceremony Footwear. He was in this factory in Leon, and he was inspired by the smell, the feel, and the look of the factory, and he decided to launch his own line again. Absolutely gorgeous men's and women's footwear. This is just the women's for the season. We also have men's. They are off the hook amazing. They run true to size. They're full and half sizes so, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 10. In women's they run true to size. If you're an 8.5, you get an 8.5 WITH the exception of the tall cowboy boot. This one's about a half size large. If you're an 8.5, I'd get an 8 in theses. If you're a 9, I'd get an 8.5. And the men's again run true to size. We have men's 8 through 13. I'm an 11. I got an 11 in them. These are handmade, amazing shoes. They've got great details. They're really cool. Check this thing out. It comes off. It has a zipper to get it on and off. These are hand pegged, just amazing, amazing quality. He was down in the factory for three months working with the factory workers to make sure they understood how he wanted these finished. These shoes are actually constructed and then washed in a washing machine after they're sewn and put together to get this feeling and look. So you're paying a lot of extra money for something that gets worn out for you. Anyway, PS Kaufman. They're completely bad ass. Remember, if you're going to kick ass, you need kick ass shoes. Enjoy.
