PROPER FORM Dumbbell Lateral pull - Amputee with Prosthesis

So today I did a little bit of everything, working on those muscles I normally don't get to like my shoulder rotator cuff and arm flexors and extensors but I always have to do a BIG one to finish so here I go with the lateral dumbbell raise. Notice my back is perfectly straight and I keep the 90° bend when I reach the top, sometimes the elbow wants to bend but focus on not letting this happen. Slow and controlled as always and VOILA! Last one as good as the first!
