Poha Chiwda Follow @thebriskkitchen Ingredients Patla/thin poha - 200 gm Makhana - 20 gm Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons Peanuts - 100 gm Roasted chana - 100 gm Almonds - 15 Cashews - 15 Chopped green chilli - 2 Curry leaves - 10 Pumpkin seeds - 2 tablespoons Raisins - 20 Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Chopped dry coconut - 20 gm Powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon Preparation In a pan dry roast the poha. Keep aside. In a pan dry roast the makhana. Keep aside. In a large pan heat oil. Add peanuts Sauté and stir constantly while adding roasted chana, almonds, cashews, chopped green chilli, curry leaves, pumpkin seeds, raisins, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and chopped dry coconut. Add the roasted poha and makhana. Mix well.
