Oysters in black bean sauce! Let me show you a great Asian inspired oyster recipe. Today we poach them in their own liquid, and serve them in the shell with black bean sauce, some cucumber, chili and lime zest. Quick, easy and super delicious.
I got my oysters from my friend Joop in Yerseke, Zeeland, in the South of The Netherlands. This would be a great dish if you want to celebrate something. Looks really impressive, but it is so simple!
