Our favorite pimiento spread that lasts long beyond the holidays. Made with left over Queso de Bola, we recommend you choose the saltier versions. We love this for breakfast, spread over warm toasted bread. Heaven in every bite. This was a recipe passed by my mother from my aunt. Lets eat!
INGREDIENTS
1 pack (150g) sliced PIMIENTOS
3/4 large size Queso De Bola (preferably PATO or MARCA PINA bec. Its saltier)
3/4 cup unsalted Butter
1 1/2 tbspns Condensed Milk
