Pickled Red Onions

These pickled red onions are a great pop of colour and super flavourful addition to salads, cheese boards, sandwiches and savoury dishes. They're very easy to make, all you need is a few red onions, some flavourings of your choice, I went with garlic and chilis, that is usually my go to but you can use a ton of other spices, mustard seed, fennel, dill, peppercorns, coriander etc. etc. Then I just use a simple 1:1:1 pickling liquid. 1 part water, 1 part sugar, 1 part vinegar and then salt to taste. This recipe can be scaled up or down really easily so if you want to make a bigger or smaller batch just adjust it accordingly. Thanks as always for watching and for all your support of the channel!
