All you need
For pickled carrots
carrots cut into dices 2 carrots
water 3 cups
pepper 1 tbsp
fennel 1 tsp
green chilly 2
salt
sugar 1 tbsp
vinegar 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 lemon
Method
Boil water with pepper,chilly,fennel.vinegar,salt,sugar and lemon juice. Once it starts boiling,add carrots and cook for 3 minutes.Keep carrots in stock for 3 hours. Strain it and use carrots and chilli.
For making Garlic sauce
eggs 1
mustard paste 1/2 tsp
garlic chopped 1 tbsp
salt
sugar 1/2 tsp
oil 1 to 2 cups
lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Method
Break eggs to a mixie. Add garlic,mustard,salt and sugar. Blend till garlic becomes paste.Running in very slow speed drizzle oil to mixie and blend it. Keep on adding oil in thin streams till sauce become thick. Add lemon juice and keep sauce in fridge.Serve it when needed.
