Noble Partner Equipment Offload

The arrival and offload of U.S. Army Europe M1A2 main battle tanks, Bradley Fighting Vehicles and other support vehicles and equipment at the Port of Poti, Georgia, in support of Exercise Noble Partner. Noble Partner is an exercise that supports Georgian territorial self-defense, interoperability with NATO and U.S. Forces, and Georgia’s contribution of a light infantry company (A Company, 12th Infantry Battalion) to NATO Response Force (NRF) 2016. The exercise focuses on Unified Land Operations, which is the U.S. Army’s operational concept and its contribution to unified action, and is based on NATO standard operating procedures. Georgian forces include its NRF infantry company and a battalion headquarters portion participating in a live fire and field training exercise taking place in the Vaziani Training Area, Georgia, May 11-26, 2016.
