Paano pumayat in 1 week with Oatmeal and Egg Diet plus Drinking apple cider vinegar. No Rice for 1 week m. I lost 4kg ❤️.

How I did?
Arter waking up, I drink 1 glass of water with Apple Cider Vinegar Honey Blend (2 tbs)
after 30 minutes , I drink my coffee (pure with zero clarorie sweetener)
I will take my lunch at 12:00pm
Water only as my snacks
Before 6:00pm I will prepare my Dinner which is Hard Boiled egg
