Nikkor-S 50mm f/1.4 | 2012 Dorm Room Nostalgia

If I remember correctly, I was in 831 Beaver Hall at Penn State. This lens can be picked up on ebay for anywhere from $50 to $120, but I wouldn't recommend paying more than $80 for it. The first two shots, the shots of the lens, were filmed with my 18-300mm lens at about 200mm. The rest were filmed with the 50mm f/1.4 lens, and half of the third and last shots were filmed with no lens (perhaps this was when I got dust on my sensor...). The Nikon D3200's manual movie settings are really useful for this lens, being able to set your own shutter speed and sensitivity is nice. However, it's annoying that with manual settings, the minimum ISO sensitivity is 200, not 100. Edited in Adobe Premiere Elements 10 Enjoy -Derek
