This is a long video showing how I typically prepare my spine and shoulders for contortion training. There is very little cutting done, because the point is to give a full picture, not only of the exercises but also how long I rest in between etc. So if there's sometimes little action, you now know why:). Feel free to stretch along, you may use your own exercises or mine. Sending an extra thought to Lola with this video, and also to Kapi Huria because I know she likes to stretch along. All the exercises except the last one for the neck is pretty much adaptable to any flexibility. I've been doing this routine for long now with not so many changes, it's mostly the dept of the backbends which have changed. Reminds me that I should maybe bring some new stuff in. Repetition is great, but variation is greater!
