Mutton keema Ghugni is an ultimate a perfect curry to go with most breads like roti , paratha or naan.

Mutton keema - 100 gm
Yellow peas (Motor) - 1 cup (soaked)
Potatoes - 1 small
Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp
Bay leaves - 1 piece
Dry red chillie - 1 piece
Salt to taste
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriender Powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger, Garlic & green Chillie paste - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 1 pieces (chopped)
Onion - 1 big size (chopped)
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Cumin seed: 1 tsp
Cardamom: 2
Bhaja Masala
