Minister Nzimande responds to calls for eradication of historic debt

The Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology has responded to demands by the South African Union of Students regarding 2020 registration. He says public funds for the university system are constrained and there is no possibility that debts of students who don't qualify for NSFAS funding can be eradicated by government.
