Antigua's Road March 1984. It is taken from the 1984 album 'First Take'. This Swallow ditty was released one week before carnival and took off like wild fire. The musical arrangements here is tight and allows the actual calypso to breath. It carries the melodic line of the calypso and accentuates the song. It was done by William Lewis. One could only imagine what Swallow could have done with a calypso like this in a competition. Unfortunately, his songs were late that year so he didn't compete. By O. C. Benjamin
