I'm planning a successful week and acting out on it. Meal preps are almost done for next week.
Things that are done:
mason jar salads
Overnight oatmeal with fruit
fresh mixed fruit
brown rice
Hard boiled egg
I just need to cook a sweet potato, cut up some extra veggies, cook some chicken breast and a few other things. Voila! Then I'll be done.
