Ingredients:
- 300ml or 1 can of condense milk
- 2 table spoon of matcha powder (1 is okay too, it depends on your taste)
- 2.5 cups of whipping cream
Instructions:
- Mix 1 can or 300ml of sweetened condensed milk with 2 table spoons of matcha powder.
- Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form
- Fold matcha mixture into whipping cream. Be careful not to break whipped cream.
- pour into container and wrap with plastic or into air tight container and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- serve with topping of your choice.
