Lightspeed Bag Review

This bag is designed specifically for home use and is extremely simple to install. As you can see in the video, there are many different things you can do with this bag because it replicates the movements of several other bags like the reflex bag, double-end bag, speed bag, uppercut bag and slip bag. Overall it's a great product and it's coming out at a great price. I'm sure you'll see some other videos coming out soon showing different techniques that can be used on this bag. I think this bag is good for anyone who wants to get in their boxing training, but doesn't have the time to get to a gym or the space to get all the different bags they would need for a full boxing workout. You can put this bag anywhere in your house, and remove it once your done with your workout. As you can see from my video, I put mine basically in the center of my room, next to a couch, a desk and almost in front of my projector. It takes 2 seconds to unscrew it and put it away.
