What is leche flan? Leche flan is a Filipino version of creme caramel. It's a custard dessert made by baking a caramel layer at the bottom of the custard mold. The custard is then slowly baked in water bath or steamed stove top. After steaming, the custard is chilled before serving. This is my first time doing this recipe but hopefully the outcome was quite perfect. Here are the ingredients... ☑ 10 egg yolks ☑ 350g condensed milk ☑ 350g evaporated milk or fresh milk ☑ 160g sugar (40g each flan or 2 tbsp) ☑ Cinnamon bark (OPTIONAL - you can use vanilla extract) Yielded 4 llaneras of leche flan.
