Leche Flan is the Filipino variation of Creme Caramel. It is made with condensed milk & egg yolk, with caramelized sugar on top. It is all time favorite Filipino dessert, traditionally made for celebrations and feasts, it is usually steamed instead of baked.
Ingredients:
10 egg yolks
2 condensed milk (300 ml each can)
1 dayap or lime
pinch of salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
