The original version is in the Genki English Download Pack: http://genkienglish.net/downloadpack.htm Once you've done the numbers this is a pretty easy song to learn the Japanese for how to ask "How old are you?" 何歳ですか？　nan sai desu ka? Just watch out for the couple of changes to the numbers. Don't try and memorize them though, just play the song round and round (and round and round) and your brain will naturally learn them - and correct you if you make a mistake!
