LAWYERS DISPUTE WITNESS BY SAITOTI FAMILY

A south African Forensic Pathologist who was offered by Saitoti Family as a witness to the ongoing inquiry effort to the Ngong Chopper Crash was today in the receiving end when Kenya Police lawyer Evans Monari agitatedly disputed his evidence before the commission arguing he was less knowledgeable in the career. Dr. Robert Ngunde was invited by the Saitoti family to give further expert analysis of the postmortem reports submitted by government pathologist which had raised controversies.
