Pregnancy Session 4: Labor dance All pregnant women should start the fourth session means the labor exercises from the 36th week of pregnancy to till baby birth. With the help of labor exercises 1. Fix the baby head in proper position for normal delivery. 2. Stretches the hip muscles. 3. Increase stamina and endurance of body for normal delivery. 4. Prepare the whole body for delivery. 5. Help in the induction of labor pain. 6. Give strength to cop up with labor pain. 7. Help in dilation of the cervix during labor pain. Note: - Avoid this exercise at the time of contractions, breathing exercises(7-11) is very important in labor dance and should be first done under physiotherapist guidance only.
