Islamist leader surrenders to Somali government

To Somalia now, where infighting has ensued within the top ranks of the Al qaeda linked Alshabab group in the horn of Africa. Well, in a dramatic move one of the top Al shabab leaders surrendered to the self-ruled authorities of Adado town in central Somalia. The Mogadishu government now wants Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys to be handed over.
