India: Broken rail tracks ‘caused’ Andhra Pradesh train crash

Broken rail tracks caused a train derailment in India that killed at least 36 people, investigators said. Sabotage is being investigated as a possible cause. At least 50 people were also injured when the express train derailed in Andhra Pradesh state.
