IATROGENIC FRONTAL SINUSITIS-NO LANDMARKS CASE-FRONTAL TREPHINE

This is an interesting case where twice surgery was done for sinus disease and all the landmarks were removed making lateral wall a flat structure. All the sinuses were nicely explored but caused iatrogenic frontal recess fibrosis leading to sinusitis. WE have show how frontal trephine helps in identifying the frontal sinus pathway.
