Frontal sinus mucocel can result in bony erosion extending from the borders of the sinus into the cranial and orbital space. It is performed a small craniotomy with frontoorbital bone flap, through an eyebrow skin incision. It is exposed the spaces of frontal sinus, cranial and orbital components of the mucocele and then extirpated completely the mucocele from the periorbita, frontal dura and frontal sinus. It is higly recommended to perform the eyebrow incision for frontal mucoceles, cranialization of the frontal sinus and obliteration of its ostium. The aim of this video demonstration was to report the surgical management of fronto-orbital mucocele.
