The old lifestyle has to die. We are experimenting with different ways of losing weight. Trying out things like, going vegan, One Meal a Day (OMAD), Intermittent Fasting, Water Fasting, and Dry Fasting etc. We have been overweight our entire life and both have reached a point where we are sick and tired of being sick and tired. We hope to find what works for us permanently and kill our old ways and track our weight loss progress all the way into becoming a new version of ourselves.
