Hustler FasTrak Z Blade spindle assembly replacement

How to replace a blade spindle assembly on a Hustler FasTrak Mini Z. The spindle replacement is similar on many FasTrak models. The SPINDLE ASSEMBLY part number is: 783506 which was purchased on eBay. The new bolts used were: Hex Cap Screw Grade 8 Hex Bolt Yellow Zinc - 3/8"-16 x 1-3/8" FT. 3/8" Extra Thick Flat Washers SAE Grade 8 Thick Washers. The new nuts used were: Hex Finished Nuts Grade 8 Yellow Zinc UNC - 3/8"-16. The quick release handles to remove the cover plates are the Elesa Lobed Knob 969911- LOT 10PCS VCT series with 5/16-18 x 3/4" Stud. The bolt that holds the blade and the pulley is 15/16".
