How to kill executioner Ninyan (Divinity Original Sin 2)

While on the Quest 'Powerful Awakening' you come face to face with executioner Ninyan, who is guarding the punished Meistr Siva. To free Siva you have 2 options - 1) Persuade Ninyan to release her 2) Kill Ninyan and then free her. The first question that arises is, which option to chose. The answer is pretty simple, chose the second one. You earn extra xp and you also get executioner Ninyan's cool Two Handed Axe. This is a tough fight.
