How to kill Corpse of Alice Alisceon at lower level (Divinity Original Sin 2)

In the cloisterwood you come across Corpse of Alice Alisceon. Talking with her eventually results into a fight (Even if you succeed in persuasion). This is an extremely tough fight. She always gets the first chance to attack and in onw turn she finishes off your entire team. The only visible way to defeat her, is by having extremely high 'initiative' so that you get the first chance or you have ultra high gears. But what if you dont have none ? and most probably you wont be having any of the above, since you encounter her around Level 10-13. In that case you can still defeat her, by applying little tricks.
