How to fix 'This app can't open' Microsoft Edge can't be opened in Built-in Administrator account

When a software starts the browser Microsoft Edge for displaying the html page. Windows 10 computer showing the warning message 'This app can't open' - Microsoft Edge can't be opened using the Built in Administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try again. Solution: Instead sign in with a different account other than the built-in Administrator account, user can change the security policy settings in group policy editor. Open group policy editor, change the security policy for User Account Control: Admin Approval mode for the Built-in Administrator account. Update the group policy settings and restart the computer.
